I gave in 2 pair of shoes for cleanup. The cleaning was highly unsatisfactory and I feel I was overcharged for the service. I was given an estimate of $10-15 per pair but was told that they would call me for the exact price before they start cleaning up. I was given a much higher price on phone $25 per pair. I decided to give a shot with only 1 pair. All the white areas of the shoe: the tongue, Adidas stripes, sides of soles are still dirty. Rest of the shoes is black and had some white spots, which they couldn’t get rid of either. I don’t know what they cleaned in that shoe! I could have done a better job cleaning it myself. 2 stars for returning on time.
