Re: Response from owner…. Seems you must have had this complaint before – as my item and the experience you state – does not describe mine. There was only one other customer in the store and you wanted me to leave an expensive item with you – with no proof I had done so. That seems very unreasonable in this day and age. Yes, leave your diamond bracelet with us and we’ll customize a box for you when we get around to it….Rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Wanted to send a rather large (and what turned out to be expensive) package – and they could have cared less. Told me to leave my package and when they had time they would let me know how much it cost to mail??!! Leave an expensive item with no proof or knowledge of costs? Don’t think so. And they could have cared less that I didn’t want to. Took my package to another place nearby that was very helpful. Will never go in this place again.

A bad experience. I went to the store and requested the next day air early service. Since I used the UPS account, the employee said they are the franchise and can not go through their system with other’s account. Then the person gave me a paper shipping label sheet to fill and told me where to fill. The employee weighted the package, examine the label information, and put the label on the box. I told this person it is an important package and asked him whether he had every information to ship. He replied That’s it. Just simple as it. Everything was good here. Then it turned out the package was not delivered and stuck in the transit hub. I was able to track down the package and find out the reason: the recipient information was in the wrong place, the weight was not written down, the system had no shipping information. Apparently, this person in this UPS store was not professional and very irresponsible.
