Went in to get 4 new lines. Was expecting a long drawn out process. From the moment we went into the store Jack gave us his full attention. He didn’t try to push any unwanted service on us or try to pressure us into anything. As for the time. He had us in and out quicker than last time I tried to add one line with my old carrier. Great employee and a good overall person
