Horrible customer service. They thrive because it’s busy in the bay area. Even if Amazon clearly says no box the man wanted me to box the item and charge money. Shameful and rude. Want to make money the cheap way. Reporting them to Amazon. I am sure if I were white or male the rude guy wouldn’t have dare refused. I’ve always taken my Amazon returns here with no issues at all. They just scan my phone for the code and asks if I need a receipt. That’s a perfect hand off
