I personally didnt get to meet the owner (my son brought the phone in for me) but my phone left with a dead battery and came back to me good as new. My son said he’s a really nice guy, and he charged a fair price. Hope I don’t need any further fixes for awhile, but if so I’ll go back to Wireless Options. Strongly recommend them.
