Good luck if you ever need help with customer service online or Instagram. They have a bot that responds to service, it seems. They don’t actually care about your concerns and just copy and paste all their responses from the website. I wish you good luck if you order from this company online. They clearly don’t care about their customers. They just want your money.

The store is nice and clean. They are practicing safety guidelines. You can not try on any clothing. No refunds, you can only exchange for store credit for 30 days.
