Went there because I had covid symptoms and had trouble breathing. The doctor prescribed nasal solution but that wasn’t my main issue. Doctor discharged me in less than 3 hours and said I had an upper respiratory infection with no antibiotics just nasal saline. The doctor charged me over $1,000 separately after NO TREATMENT TO HELP ME BREATHE! She wrote on her charges covid-19 but didn’t diagnose it in the hospital like that. Called to dispute the charge for NO CARE GIVEN. Doctor is greedy for money. Quality care staff didn’t bother to call me back. I guess they want lawsuits for neglect of patients and insurance fraud. Customer service pretends to listen but no response days later.Don’t use this hospital.

I arrived at 4pm and I’m still currently here and it’s 9:41 pm. The nurses don’t come around at all unless you go and find them. They act like they don’t know what they’re are doing. This hospital is a joke bro

Im a severe asthma patient, who has been in a coma and and intubated for my asthma. I went in a 3rd time in 3 weeks with difficulty breathing and lot’s of shortness of breath due to Covid. The doctor listened to my left lung twice and said ill get you a blood test and walked away She asked me no questions and didn’t listen to my right lung where Im having the sharp pain . An hour later Im discharged with a dose of steroids that I was all ready on. The doctor could have known that If she had bothered to talk to me at all. Terrible doctor at this hospital, thank fully my pulmonologist is a great doctor who takes my calls and listens to his patients. Shame on Dr. Deardre Chao, I will not allow this doctor to treat me or my children ever again!
