Totally unorganized. Ordered two drinks and 5 people behind us got our drinks before we did. It says outside there is curbside pickup when that is false no one comes outside to give it to you. You have to walk in and get the stuff once you order it which defeats the whole purpose of curbside pickup. After we told the baristas that we had been waiting they didn’t really seem to care and continued to make other customers drinks. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. They are slow sorta rude and lazy. I get that its busy but at some point it gets frustrating waiting over 20 minutes for a drink that takes 30 seconds to make.
