Never coming back to this O Reilly’s. Was profiled by an employee here. Was told I could not be helped at my vehicle to get my car diagnostic done because of covid so I was handed the equipment and was asked for my ID.I completely understood because I work with the public and understand the risk. The entire experience was uncomfortable and he was looking at me strangely. I was then told what it “might” be after showing him pictures I took on my phone. As I turn on my car, I turn around and see the same individual helping another female customer at her vehicle. Then, I saw another employee carrying a battery to another persons vehicle. I guess it was just me that didn’t “deserve “ the help.Thanks Eddie, you really made me feel uncomfortable when all I was trying to do was figure out why my check engine light turned on.
