They have the friendliest and helpful employees. I was there today to buy a toner cartridge for my all in one Brother printer. They had a higher price in the store, but on their website, it was a lot cheaper. They were very happy to honor their Price Match Guarantee promotion. I think they always offer that promotion! Anyways, they were really nice and I really appreciated the savings. My other alternative would have been ordering one online at a higher price and then waiting a few days for it to arrive. I walked out with what I needed today. Highly recommend!!

Updated: This store did not honor holiday hours… closed 12/21 at 8 pm!! Not good. Great drop-off location for UPS packages!

Everyone is so friendly and eager to help at this location! Carlos was awesome! Not only did he go get a chair for me in the back but he helped load it at the counter and everything. He asked to help me before I could even ask for help. 5 star service!Thank you Carlos.Updated experience:Today I came in to purchase some filing folders. The store was disarrayed so I was unsure of some of the prices. I brought a few items up to the cashier and asked if I could get a price check on them before I checked out. I encountered Celeste. She price checked one and then seemed completely bothered to price check the others. I wasn’t sure and asked for another price check on the two I limited it down too and she rudely responded “I just told you….” and gave me the price. Celeste standing at the cashier, I did not feel it was out of line that I ask her for a price check. Apparently Celeste disagreed with her very rude response and manner. I come to this store often and have never had such a horrible encounter. When I selected a folder along with some other items, Celeste gave me the total. I handed her a $100 bill, she paused and looked at me and stated “well I have to scan this!” Almost denying my ability to pay with it and requesting another payment option. I asked her to then scan it. She scanned it and told me “it’s no good” and handed it back to me. I told her it was impossible that I had just gone to the bank. I then pulled out my wallet and handed her another $100 bill. She scanned it and again told me “no good!” I told her that her machine must be off and broken because I had just came from the bank. She refused to accept that. I asked for a manager. She called over another associate. The associate began tapping on the machine and then scanned the same bill and it cleared. I had stated to her “See the machine IS broken” she looked at me and still stated “No, your bill is no good!” as she accepted it and gave me my change. She literally just wanted to argue. Yet she was accepting the bill all at the same time. She could be doing this to several other customers while turning away business. I asked if the associate was the manager and she said “no” I then asked for her name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag and she ignored me. I asked her over 4 times for her name and she just kept staring at me. I finally told her and the associate that I was going to speak with someone about this interaction and needed her name or the manager and she finally replied “Celeste!”Celeste was not only severely ill mannered when I asked for a price check. But was bothered that I payed with a $100 that required she move to scan it. But then decided to argue with me over my payment for the sake of argument all while accepting that same payment. She never brought over a manager even though I asked and gave huge resistance when requesting her name. Many businesses do not do well in the Imperial Valley and these type of employees are a prime example of why. Celeste has no business interacting with people at the counter representing this company. Customer service definitely isn’t her strong suit. It’s not about who’s wrong or right when it came to the machine, it’s about correcting the problem so others don’t encounter it. It clearly was broken and instead of making a note of it or informing a manager, she chose to argue with me over my bill. When her associate was able to clear it. Others could now be declined payment. This is a horrific employee to be having at the store front.
