I noticed that all the staff at this location are very welcoming and professional. Even though I arrived an hour before closing, all the staff seem upbeat and eager to help. I came in for service on my iPhone and was greeted by the front host. He had great energy, and we chatted about the new iPhone mini as I waited for a service member to assist. It was only a few minutes of wait time until Joe helped me (Hopefully, I got his name right; I’m terrible at remembering names. All I know is that he had on some Yeezys). Anyway, he assessed my phone and got it working again really quickly! He very knowledgeable, and I even learned a thing or two about Verizon from speaking with him. Overall, I give this Verizon location an A+ from my recent visit! -Twee
