My customer service was extremely bad. I went in to find out why my bill just increased by $20 dollars. The young man speaking with me told me he felt like he was speaking with a wall. He didn’t even try to be helpful and was extremely sarcastic with me the entire time.I told him that I guess I will bring in my equipment and he said no problem.Terrible customer service.

I came to exchange my Xfinity modem for a newer model so can’t speak for the sales portion of the store.It was also during the pandemic limited store operations time when I had to come for the exchange. The store was set up to only allow a certain number of guests in at a time and only by appointment. I arrived too early for my appointment according to the online scheduling app, but the staff was able to let me in and got me on my way very fast.The store was nicely laid out without too much crowding of displays or shelves. Although I didn’t browse the store, there looked to be many nicely displayed cell phones in several kiosks.
