I had my vehicle towed here because it wouldn’t start or take to a jump start. I had told them what the problem was and that I believed it was battery/fuse related as did the tow truck mechanic.What the mechanics at the Auto Center did instead was bring to light all these other issues my new used vehicle was and repaired them. Now the redeeming quality of this is, I needed these repairs regardless if that’s what I was there for or not. The reason why I am giving them such a low review is because they REFUSED to acknowledge the reason I brought it in. It took over a month for it to get fixed and didn’t have any loaners for me to use in the time being.When I came to pick up the vehicle they had to jump start it for me (RED FLAG) but insisted it was due to it sitting in the cold for a while. Got it home, didn’t start the next morning. They didn’t fix the one issue I had asked them to. Absolutely ridiculous.
