I’ve shopped at this store several times. This particular time their debit/credit card machine wasn’t working. They tried several times, then finally rebooted the system and it worked. Well once I check my bank statement I see I was charged twice for one pair of shoes. I’ve been trying to call customer service and the store leaving several messages and still the issue hasn’t been resolved! Last time I will shop here!!!! Very frustrating.
