Went into the store around 7 pm for an Apple Watch. They didn’t have the one I wanted I was a bit disappointed but the staff in the store are always helpful and courteous. This rude young lady walks in and practically refuses to put on her mask. I didn’t get the guys name that was helping me but he asked her a few times very nicely I may add and she was flat out disrespectful and stubborn. My hats off to the guys in the store for keeping their calm with the rude customer. People please respect store policy and wear your mask!! Covid kills. Protect yourself and others.

I had been searching high and low for a specific screen protector for my new Samsung phone. Chris went out of his way to make sure I found what I needed. Chris, Tom and Shakira were very polite and helpful. Even though this T-Mobile is farther from my home, I would make the road trip for such great professionalism and teamwork they have. Thank you guys so much. I’ll definitely be back.

while visiting this t mobile store i had the pleasure of meeting some of the lovely staff like shakira, chris and johnny! i initially offered to give them cash so they could buy themselves a beer but insisted that a review would go farther for them! i came in to upgrade from my iphone 8+ to a new iphone 12 pro. i came in as a walk in 30 mins before closing time because i needed a new phone ASAP (yeah i know… didn’t want to be “that guy” but it was an emergency). despite coming in super late when they were packed the staff did so much to help me! they were really transparent w me as far as what deals they could offer me to make things as affordable as possible on top of being super easy to socialize with. all around 10/10 experience and i would def recommend this store to any fellow tmobile users in need of a store visit
