Went to this place to get the mic replaced on my phone and told me they were gunna let me know when it arrives. They never told me that the part was there and had me waiting for a month. Then took my phone that week just so they can tell me the part is wrong. Tried to get my money back and they refused, I even emailed the owner and still no answer. Y’all are better off going somewhere else. This place is garbage.

Had my note 10 plus screen replaced only to notice black dot on the screen the next day. After seeing reviews I thought I would have a bad experience getting screen replaced under warranty. That wasn’t the case phone city replaced my screen at no extra charge. Second time going back this year! Thank you Franky and Alecio!
