Jeff and his team have been so helpful in walking us through a transition from “buyers remorse” to “I’m sooooo excited for all the possibilities!”.I needed a repair/maintenance shop with people I could trust as RV ownership is new to us. We pulled into Simi Valley on Thanksgiving to pick up my father-in-laws 27’ trailer to take back to Texas the Saturday after Thanksgiving , only to find out that the electric trailer brakes are not functional.Now since it’s the day after Thanksgivingsmost shops are closed . After a few calls I found Majestic is open but had a major job to complete today and would not be able to work on mine till Saturday but I have to leave Saturday. Jeff helped me troubleshoot and figure out the issue and gave me a number to one of his competitors and that shop will be able to get it fixed today .Thank you so much Jeff and Majestic !!!!!PS I don’t think the J box is suppose to be there , lol.

Listed as being open till 5. Completely broke camp to come drain my tanks, got here at 4:30 to find them closed. UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!
