I always order cinnamon dolce latte. Sometimes they make it perfect and some other days it’s not the best made due to who is making the latte hot drinks that day. Polite service though.

There’s one girl here that knows me by name and gets me my drink (thanks girl). Another girl acknowledges me and asks my name and I get my drink. Other than that, and the reason I did not give this location a 5 stars, is that I feel ignored at least half the time I walk in, and I get a feeling like I did something wrong..

This location does not update their menu on the app. Take your chances with the mobile order cause you never know when they are actually sold out. They also don’t check how much your exchange item is. So, again take your chances. It’s a win if the item is worth more cause you won’t have to pay the difference. I might come back, but definitely will not frequent this specific location due to the dry customer service experienced today.
