Outstanding company! We had Hart’s Family Flooring install both carpet and hardwood flooring in our multilevel town home. Brad answered all our product and installation questions and more. He educated us about different flooring types in understandable detail. The crews that installed the carpet and hardwood were on time and worked as neat as possible. At the end of the day they did a thorough clean up. Their employees were pleasant and wore masks the entire time. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. I highly recommend Hart’s Family Flooring.

Five stars all the way! Brad and his team are absolutely incredible and were terrific to work with. They turned my upstairs carpeted nightmare into a modern and sleek looking space. A few big positives:1. Brad’s show room is chock full of different types/colors of flooring. I don’t think it’s possible to visit his place and not find something that appeals to your tastes.2. The total cost was very competitive to other bids I received. In addition, Brad builds everything into his estimate so you don’t get the feeling you’re getting nickel and dimed for every little thing.3. Sergio and his team did the installation, and were AWESOME!! Every day, they were at my house right on time and every day, they left my house spotless. They were great at working around any small issues they found with my subfloor (removing the carpet can sometimes expose things that you didn’t know about),and were great about finishing rooms in whatever order worked for me. Sergio and his team were true professionals!4. After seeing their superb job on the space we agreed on, I decided to use Sergio and his team to install more flooring in rooms that I hadn’t originally included. Brad was great at facilitating the extra work and scheduled it really well.5. Brad was responsive to any question/issue I had, and is a really personable guy. Never once did I feel like I was being ignored or pushed aside.I’m so happy that I chose Hart’s Family Flooring for my project. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family/friends/any one who is looking to install hardwood flooring. These guys rock and are great at what they do. Thanks Brad, Sergio, and team!

Brad and his crew are the best around. We got quotes as high at $12 a square ft installed without baseboards. Harts has really good pricing for the quality of work. He was also able to schedule us in a timely manner during these times. Everywhere else was going to be a 6 week wait time which was no good for us since we didn’t want to move in until the floors were done. Couldn’t be happier with the work.
