I was hesitant to come to this store after reading the reviews for this store but since it was the closest to us this memorial day weekend we took a chance. My daughter just got her very first phone ever and was a little too excited to get started with its use, needless to say she locked her phone causing it to be disabled. We were one of the first customers there this past Sunday, the staff was super friendly and the gentleman who helped me and my daughter was amazing. He helped us with all our questions and even helped me reset my password to get her account set up. I will definitely be coming back. So happy we stopped by.

Took laptop for repair 1hr ago. They said they wouldn’t charge my card until it shipped. Don’t believe them. It already has their unexpected charge on my card! $600!!!
