My son got the Covid PCR test here with a Thursday appointment at 3:20 pm and he got the results back Saturday 4 pm. We were soooo stressed it will not arrive on time before his 8 am flight on Sunday. He tried to check online for updates and nothing… he called the lab phone number and nothing, we went to CVS and the pharmacist said it’s out of their hands and can’t give any information. CVS says results in 1-2 days but not guaranteed. How can they not guarantee for travel? Anyway, we got the results but wish it was a little sooner. Just writing this review in case you are wondering the same thing. Also I recommend taking the test in the AM. Maybe results will come out earlier. Hope this helps!

If there was a way to leave a review with ZERO stars I would. We have used CVS for more than 20 years. We have used several locations over the years but recently moved to Irvine. We were excited to have a location within walking distance. Sadly this is the worst location ever! The staff is unfriendly, sometimes rude, and lazy. The most recent issue – I was picking up a prescription and when the man at the counter was ringing I asked him to check on another one I needed and he refused. Told me very abruptly I’d have to wait in line again. I would rather drive an extra 3 miles.
