Don’t go here if you are consigning or selling for the first time. Prices were okay but other boutiques like Leo Hammel will give you better guidance. Pretty quick turnaround, gave the bag Friday afternoon and was paid on Tuesday. She was never clear on the process and liked the repeat the same phrase over and over despite my requests for her to explain another way as I didn’t understand. Plus it took forever, was very slow going for seemingly no reason.Overall, pretty negative experience. She was very condescending, the store was closed at random time near closing (when people are coming after work??), and she made me feel like I was selling her a fake bag. Wish I had only given her one instead of two. Still, I got paid and am not complaining about that! One star for service and a star for the money.

The manger is so rude. She lacks customer service skills, and the ability to communicate well with the public. When you ask her a question she is very argumentative, and is very defensive. I explained to her it’s not about you, it’s about the needs of the customer. Customer’s are not always right, however it’s all in your body language, and the way you respond back. I was given one price, and then given another price which was documented on my receipt. She doesn’t operate the same business hours that are stated on their website, and posted on the door, definitely not on Saturdays. I’ve come several times and still not opened for business. I tried for several weekends was a waste of my time, and gas.Starting in January 2019 still same situation not opened for business the hours posted and on their website. They don’t ever answer the phones as well. Sad business operations/management.
