I’ve not before today seen someone getting their eyebrows / hair done on the sales floor. Or ever seen an apple tablet left on the sales floor for someone to take. They where friendly when I walked in. However I didn’t receive any help, and I didn’t have a sales paper with me and none was offered. The sales staff one lady was just standing at the register for her time to pass so she didn’t get a .75 minutes while the other sales person stood there and watched until she clocked out the said oh I can ring you up over here at this register making me move and didn’t offer to carry my products over to the other register. He was nice answered my questions but no where near the level of customer service I expect to get when coming to Cosmo prof. Please get a manager in there to hone that team. Please.
