I definitely would not recommend!They claim their tires come with road hazard coverage but it’s pretty worthless. I brought my car in for a rotation and tire repair because I had a screw in the tire. When I got there they told me the appointment would take 2 hours so I dropped the car off and came back. A few days later I have a flat tire because they forgot to take the screw out. They said the only option for me would be to come in 4 days later and the appointment would take 2 to 3 hours. I’ve had a screw repair on a tire before and it takes 20 minutes. Every time I’ve been in there, the employees are super cranky to everyone that comes in. Apparently the employees are overworked and Costco doesn’t allow them enough time to do repairs in a timely fashion. It’s really disappointing considering everything else I’ve done with Costco has been great.

Please make an appointment. I arrived without an appointment and waited 3.5 hours. My tire had a drywall screw. The staff were helpful and did their best to accommodate me. The air fill station has been moved to right side of the entrance.

Top notch customer service and they delivered quality work. I got a flat tire, took my car to this location, it was a seamless repair and everything was handled meticulously by the store manager, Johnny. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
