I am a lifelong Sephora fan and am super upset with my recent situation.As a birthday gift I got your guys Summer Friday Mask. I got a TERRIBLE reaction to the product so I decided to call down to my local Sephora and see if I can get a new product. Long story short the answer was no.This product had been RECALLED for giving multiple people terrible allergic reactions. I didn’t want money back I just wanted to get something that was not recalled.To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Nor did you any of your customer service care that I had a reaction but were definitely not accommodating.
