I am new to the Madewell brand and I ordered three pairs of jeans, three of them shipped to my home, one to the store. Not sure why one was shipped to the store, in all fairness it may have been operator error! I did not like the two shipped to my home and when I received notification that the store one arrived, I was just going to call them and return over the phone because I did not feel like this is my brand.I decided last minute to go in and I am so glad I did! The jeans I ordered were way too big and but I loved the style and color. Victoria assisted me when I asked if they had similar styles in the store and based on her recommendations I tried on another style. Loved them! Victoria took the time to help me with sizes and advised based on her knowledge of the brand! Ended up with two pairs and a hat!

Went in there to browse (around 5pm) and received no assistance whatsoever. There were three employees working and not one bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help. There were all chatting it up with each other which I have no problem with but at least ask me I need any assistance. I did inform the employee that helped me at check out when asked if I found everything okay what my issue was. She apologized so for that reason I give them two stars instead of one. Also, I wouldn’t have minded so much if there was only 1-2 employees in there but the fact that there was three and none of them offered assistance bothered me. The store was literally empty and I was the only customer in there so it’s not like they can blame it on the store being busy.
