For the most part, the associates are friendly and personable. There was one young lady who seemed to have no idea about any of the products or where they could be found, but the ones at the cash register are lovely, make the effort to remember me and my dog, and have a little chat while we complete our transaction. It’s wonderful to have that personal experience in a corporate location.I also love our Thrive vet and the groomer – the staff at both places are very friendly and kind, and very accommodating. I feel comfortable taking my pets to them.I used to find Petco to be a depressing place, but my opinion has completely turned around, mostly because of my experiences with the staff at this location.

First time getting guinea pig pets for my kids. Petco provided a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. In fact a staff by the name of Ms. Tracey went above and beyond for us when one of our pets got sick. Petco took care of our little buddy, nurtured him for 10 days and Tracey knew how we felt and how we missed our buddy. She took the time to text me and provided me updates and even pictures. It made my son very happy. It’s little things like this to show how much one truly cares goes a very long way. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. She was the reason it became such a pleasant experience, because it could’ve gone horribly with the pet getting sick within 2 weeks. But her kindness made it bearable and acceptable. I hope that their other facilities have staff like Tracey at HB Warner X Adams St.
