Kwame is AMAZING!!! The service he provided was unparalleled. In a pandemic, he went out of his way to ensure that I received the attention to have my speaker set up and it was a seamless, positive experience start to finish. Kwame is professional and thorough. He gave me photos and a short virtual tour of the BH shop so I could see the various products. Setting up the appointment was easy and I am so happy with my purchase! Ask for Kwame the next time you stop by the shop since hands down, best service representative at B&O EVER. 🙂 I can now enjoy great music from home.

After checking their hours, I arrived here at 5:35 pm on Saturday. It was shut. They are supposed to close at 6. What kind of retail closes at 6 anyway? The shops on Rodeo close earlier than other areas but this shop is even earlier than that. But well, who cares what they post as store hours when they just close whenever they fancy. LA needs a better BO store than this lazy and unprofessional lads.

When I first walked in, I was amazed at how beautiful the store was, it was spacious, clean, and inviting. I was helped out by an associated named Gabby, she was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel instantly comfortable. I had an idea for a gift but I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. After I expressed this to Gabby, she helped me narrow it down to the P2 speaker. My friend absolutely loved her gift! Thank you so much Gabby!!
