My daughter got her ears pierced here. Both piercings got infected and caused her a lot of pain until we gave up six months later and took the earrings out. We tried going back to the store but they were no help at all. Also they didn’t give me the waiver until my daughter was sitting in the chair, waiting to get pierced, so she was super nervous and I felt rushed while reading it. The employees didn’t care about either of those things.

Ever since I was little, I was scared of getting my ears pierced, I finally got my ears pierced at Claire’s, after about 8 years of not wanting to get my ears pierced. Alexa peirced my ears she was really nice and, it hardly even hurt! I would totally recommended this place!Update two months later: My piercings really turned out perfect, and I came back to buy a few more earrings about a month ago, one of which I happen to be wearing right now! They have an amazing selection and great service, I would 100% recommend and return to Claire’s again!!!

super super rude employees. One in particular was extremely rude. I bought a cartilage earring a couple weeks ago and The ball would just not stay in place so I brought it back in today to see if I could get a different one and when they gave me a different one it worked exactly the same. When I explained to her that the ball was not staying in the spot it was supposed to she kept claiming that I wasn’t pinching it hard enough and that I was using it wrong. She would refuse to give me a refund for the product that did not work. She claims that this product was not used correctly by me but refused to try it herself. after a while I just ended up exchanging it for a completely different one that was half the price, she did not give me the other money back.
