Spectrum website gave me and several others I saw, appointments today at their only office in Palm Springs. Today was Wednesday and that store is closed on Wednesdays it turns out. And it was 105°. Called for support and a friendly soul, after a little back & forth, made an appointment for tomorrow morning to hook us up. A bit late but a better solution than was previously offered. So far 1 star, we’ll see how it goes tomorrow morning.
