Horrible customer service. Came to exchange a charm I purchased online. The packing slip states I can go to my nearest Pandora so I came here only to be turned away because she said they are a franchise. The store clearly is branded Pandora outside and they sell only Pandora. I don’t care if they are a franchise. The packing slip states nothing about franchises. Not the first time the staff have been rude. She told me to go to Santa Monica. Will never purchase Pandora again. I would give zero stars if I could.

If I could I wouldn’t put any stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I shop at Pandora for all birthdays and every Christmas. Won’t ever be shopping at this one.
