Critical: Professionalism, Quality This place roped me in with an inexpensive smog test, then demanded a $129 diagnostic fee when it didn’t pass. This car has less than 27,000 miles on it. Drove it on the freeway for 5 minutes, took it to an (honest) station, and it passed. I am an older female. I hope they don’t prey on the unwary.

I know so many people that have been ripped off by this place. They take advantage of people, especially women, that don’t have much knowledge about cars. Please no matter how much of discount the coupon will give you don’t go here.. Your car will most likely not pass smog and they’ll try to pressure you into getting it repaired right away. They told me they were swamped with work but could make time for at that very minute to repair whatever thing they made up that my car needed. I took my car the next day to my mechanic and he said that everyone in the business knows they’re crooks. Especially stay away from the “smog father” Andrew I believe his name was. Be careful people
