Wish I read the reviews before coming here.I pay monthly for insurance and when my phones touch screen stopped working they shipped my replacement here but when I came to swap the phone they wouldn’t accept it since they tried saying the scratches looked like “chips”.Anyone with eyes and a brain can see they are not chips. Scratches are acceptable under the “normal wear and tear” policy. Then they told me to come back another day to talk to the manager. No thanks. Got the phone fixed by a 3rd party I just to avoid the headache. Time to call the “insurance”.

I love this T-mobile store. Everytime I’ve came here they’ve always been great to me. They’ve always been my number one favorite locations to go to, to get new screen protectors put on my phone. They do a magnificent job and I’m always seen quickly.
