I witnessed a heated discussion between a customer and an employee and I saw that the Marshall’s employee was pleased with the customer feeling displeased with the outcome of the discussion. I left thinking that the Marshall’s employee was not neutral in their thinking and was involving their personal beliefs in their work which is unprofessional. Also, the manager was rude. I felt bad for the customer. I feel I would’ve been more outspoken had I been in the same situation and perhaps the outcome of the situation would have ended differently. Be sure to state your mind when you shop here but always do so respectfully.

A good place to shop, lots of spacious aisles and wide open sections for social distancing. The only problem is the store was not fully stock, lots of empty shelves and displays.
