All I do at this UPS is ship simple boxes, so I go in, confirm the address, pay money, and get out. This is pretty straightforward.The other reviews are bad probably because the workers there don’t have any patience (that’s the common pattern I’ve seen), so if you are thinking of asking the cashier questions or having workers do small favors like taping your box, they won’t be friendly to you.

Extremely rude customer service from the older guy. He tried to charge me for a shipping bag that I have gotten for free at all other UPS stores. He then proceeded to say that he couldn’t ship my item in that shipping bag. He took my item without packing it in anything and then threw the receipt at me.He also tried helping three customers at the same time in the small area. He was not practicing social distancing for the customers.Avoid going here! The store is also a mess and unorganized.
