We had them remodel our bathroom in tile. The tile was a decent price and looks nice but many problems came with the labor end. The tile workers they sent over were good, they worked and did a good job. The same could not be said of the office. Their communication was terrible throughout the entire process. We never knew when people were going come to the house, we never knew when things were out of stock or back-ordered. We had to call them almost every day to figure out what was going on. The plumber they sent was a total amateur and all the work he did had to be redone (it was simple hooking up the sink and toilet). It took them over a week to send someone to do the splash guard. If it wasn’t for the tile contractor the whole thing would have been a disaster. He is the sole reason for the 3 stars. I would recommend only buying the tile from here and finding a good contractor yourself to do the work. Sadly this was STILL more professional than another remodel place we looked at.

Surfaces USA replaced our tile countertop with quartz. We selected a material in the show room; Surfaces helped us select a material in their warehouse, saving us about 25% on the overall price. They communicated very well, installers were good and respectful. From contract agreement to completion was about 3 weeks, as an employee of a general contractor, I can say this was done fast, especially considering the process was started at the beginning of the holiday season.Services included demo of existing tile and installation of countertop. They hauled off demo’d material. The whole process took 5-6 hours. I prepped the job by removing all items from countertop, took all the counter electrical plates off the wall and unscrewed the outlets. I confirmed all circuits were safe, romoved the range, existing sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. I was present during most of the process to provide direction for unforseen conditions.
