Went in yesterday to get my charger replaced (it’s covered by Applecare, but you have to make an appointment with the Genius bar and sit there for an hour for them to realize you’re not making it up and they should just go ahead and replace it). The gentleman who helped me was very kind and offered to replace my faded keyboard keys. I get home and see the Enter key is only partially attached, and I can’t get it back in place. Now I have to make another appointment, go on the weekend, and deal with them again. I tried going to an authorized reseller who told me that I’d have to leave my laptop for a few hours and possibly overnight (it’s one lousy key) and that it’s possible they’d have to replace my entire keyboard and I’d have to leave my laptop with them for a week.I tried calling apple century city to see if they could squeeze me in, no one answers their phones, it just automatically disconnects after ringing for 5 min.

Worst.Ripped me off. Bought my phone online, just wanted to switch it for a different color.Canceled my original purchase, which I had for $884 Oh my Apple Card because I had a trade-in credit for 515 and then charge me a full $1399 with no trade-in telling me that I can do the trade in later wich I could not maxed out my card And basically screwed me overLiars never going there again.
