I had a fantabulous experience with O today. Needed some light bulbs for my car , including brake, head, and reverse lights . JONATHAN was the guy who helped and he just gave quick and AMAZING customer service. Like in few minutes everything was fine! Apart from being very effective in his job, JONATHAN is also very kind, polite, and friendly. Because of him I’m going to be a customer 4 life with O’reilly! Thank you guys . Don’t even bother with this place. They say they have stuff online in stock, then when you get there they don’t. They told me themselves it’s to get you to come in and order it. If you try and call to get info on the parts you will get left on hold over and over again. I’ve sat waiting multiple times now for over 20 min and they never come back to the phone. Call again and put on hold again. Waste of time and terrible customer service.
