Just walked out at this store at 10:45am March 4th, 2021. Me and my sister walked in with my mom. We were greeted by a really nice assistant, he showed me where the work shoes non-slip where located. The area was being worked on by two workers replenishing the shoes. One of the employees (boh) gave us attitude, she was mad that we were ‘in her’ way. We came to this location for the reason that we needed work shoes for our next day of work. We were trying on the shoes and finding our right size and she said that the leftovers shoes we would have to bring them over to her because she’s counting them? I understand that she had work to get done but she could have shown understanding that we were there as customers with the intent of buying shoes for work. Horrible experience, I do not need to be told to bring the shoes over, the minute we said that we were going to go to Mission Viejo because we ‘felt in her way’ she started laughing. What kind of assistance and customer service are you guys promoting? Very disappointed!
