All around good shopping experience. Prices are competitive amongst other auto parts retail stores but apart from lower prices from online markets, the extra cost translates into immediate acquisition instead of wait for the item to arrive via postal.

Just purchased snow chains from this establishment. I showed Mario, a employee, the picture below and provided me with chains. I spent 3 hours driving and waiting in line up to Big Bear to find out the chains I was sold were too small for my tires. I drive back and try to return them. They don’t accept opened merchandise that are chains. Let me repeat that. Metal chains that have never been used and are hard to degrade can’t be returned. This place is garbage. The staff are tik tok’d. Do yourself a favor and go to O’Riellys across the street.
