I came in to start my own plan, not knowing very much about T-mobile but the employee Jackie was amazing ! She explained everything very well and was extremely helpful. She was patient with me and was very kind. I had also got a new phone and she stayed past the closing time due to my phone had not finished transferring. She didn’t make me feel bad for keeping her! If you ever go, ask for Jackie. She is the best !!!
