If I can give 0 stars I would. Horrible service and was told they couldn’t help me and there was nothing they can do to solve my issue and to just stick to the phone number they give me or i can cancel my zero ice… i was appalled so I went to the T-Mobile on Oxnard blvd next to Vallarta and let me tell you Saul went above and beyond and help me to resolve my issue and even told me I had free service with Netflix and had a free line in case I wanted to add someone.

Rude and unhelpful! My dad went in to ask about replacing the back of his phone since it was cracked. They told him the couldn’t do it that he would have to get a new phone or file a claim with the insurance but it would cost him about $170 because the phone was in a payment plan. His phone was paid in full when he first acquired it. It was NOT on a payment plan. We have been Sprint customers for about 10 yrs and never had a problem with customer service at this location until they became T-mobile. My dad ended up calling me to ask what he should do. I went in store to ask what were his options. They explained to me that they were unable to repair the phone in store and he would need to file a claim with the insurance. I asked why was my father given the incorrect information, they simply said IDK, shrugged their shoulders and told me to file a claim. They walked away and went outside for another customer. When I contacted Asurion they indeed confirmed that he was given an incorrect quote. He paid $50 and got a replacement. Asurion took care of our issue and 2 days later my dad has a new phone.When going in, please make sure you know your account. My dad in Spanish-speaking and doesn’t know much about our account as I am the one who manages it. Once i went in there and spoke to them in English and explained the issue, they were still rude but gave me more accurate information.
