I love my Oroville Walgreens Pharmacy. The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and they go to the max for me. I even get calls from the pharmacists if I get a new medication or a change in dosage. They call just to make sure I’m doing well and not having complications.If they don’t have something I need, they graciously offer to order it and call me when it is received. I generally try to get in the store during off hours and I get better service because they aren’t as busy. I also make the effort to treat the staff as I would want to be treated, even if I’m really sick. I’ve learned that a little patience goes a long way, especially if they are running around trying to help a lot of patients at once.I had to move to Walgreens because of my insurance but it was the best thing that’s happened to me. I truly dislike our Rite-Aid and the CVS too. Talk about being disorganized! It’s really shameful the way they treat patients. I’ll stay with my Walgreens thank you.
