Went in for a upgrade today at the Andalusia store and Elijah was the only one there… he took his time (in a good way) to help us out and explain everything thing he could.. to make a long story short he help us get a better phone for just a little extra money that was still in our budget… great guy and great service

The young man serving at the time was alone in the store, and customers were lining up. He was very patient and pleasant with everyone. Took time to address and welcome each entry into the store. Took all the time he needed to satisfy each customer. And, yes, he solved our issue with expediency when it was our turn. Just an added note: usually there are two to serve. It was extenuating circumstances but he never lost his cool.
