False advertising!! I have had 3 separate incidents where signage is placed in a way to mislead customers. I thought I had learned! This time I read the fine print VERY carefully. When I checked out I noticed that I didn’t get 50% off the second pair of denim shorts, the young lady assisting me seemed puzzled too. She called over her manager and he looked me right in the eye and told me that they had been moving clothes around and that the sign was for pants only. Take a look at their display. Does it look like the signs aren’t referring to the denim shorts all around them? I will never spend money there again.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I bought jeans and ended up exchanging them and I did not get my full refund back. PacSun has horrible customer service!
