Last time I was there was when I bought my phone good experience and this was about 3 years ago I would definitely return When I have to trade my phone in as long as it’s wasted.

I’ve always use the Davis Street Verizon store as my main store. But the last few years have seen the store go down hill in their customer service. I had an appointment made for a Saturday at noon and the appointment was never made and the store was closed when the sign on the door said it should be open from 10 to 6. Other customers came up while I waited outside and I voiced my displeasure to them also. I’ve had 14 years of service at the store but I’ll probably be switching locations. Still happy with the the Verizon service it self. Just not this particular location.
