Our two families rented bikes for the day (and overnight) and it was the one of the major highlights of the trip. Joe went out of his way to meet us at the store to pick up our bikes. He gave us all clear instructions on how to use them since most of us had never ridden an electric bike before. He was very helpful, patient and kind. Not only did he help us with our bikes but he also gave us some helpful info on other things were were doing on our trip. We rode to Balboa Island, crossed with the ferry, then all the way to Huntington Beach (and back). The next day we biked around Back Bay. These bikes are so much fun! The only problem is that now all of the kids want one now. I would also recommend renting on a weekday to avoid the foot traffic along the ocean.

I am thrilled with the after purchase care that they show for our 2 City Commuter bikes.I E mailed to get a new rim since I thought mine was bent.They called me and explained they may be able to tweak it and pay a rounding error for the repair. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
