Usually good service, in and out pretty fast but this time I guess it was the manager that was organizing the line was very rude. He made a woman go up the stairs to wait to get in which was totally un called for. She was the last in line and was over six feet behind us. She climbed the stairs with arms full of products to return and not even two minutes later had to come back down. The all of a sudden he turned nice, very strange man. Customer service is not one of his strong points.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Very long wait time. Even with 10 floor employees it took them an hour to process 7 customers. AND they subscribed me a phone service I didn’t even ask for, when I just wanted the internet! Only good thing about this place is they have a 1 hour free parking lot, WHICH they don’t even validate and tell customers to validate at Target.
