My girlfriend needed to shut off an old line. In these interesting times, I try to be extremely understanding. Customer service was not good. We accomplished what we needed (hence 2 stars), but it felt like employees didn’t want to be there. The gentleman that helped us was a bit rude. Glad I’m not a Metro PCS customer…
