I have been here a few times. Great selection of furniture…..all types. The reps on the floor are great. Well I only interacted with two women but they were super nice. Expect prices to be high….but my wife was HAPPY with the couch (sectional) I got her. Definitely a place to browse…..so browse away!

HD Buttercup always have a variety of furniture that you can choose from, including casual to formal vibes. There’s also a big section for outdoor furnitures. There is not a lot sales going on in this location, probably because their stock is going fast. At the end of the store, there is a more formal section that gives you a London cigar lounge vibe with darker wall color, dim lighting, and a lot of interesting wall decors.

The customer service at the Store itself was good. We opted to go pick up the table instead of paying $299 to have it delivered, but the warehouse staff was EXTREMELY rude. It was a table over 300 lbs and they offer absolutely ZERO help to load it to the vehicle. They were supposed to disassemble the table so we can load it, but the table came poorly wrapped in plastic, with legs still attached to it, which made it completely impossible to load it to our SUV. And the staff at the warehouse was just rude. Extremely disappointed. Never going back, ever.
